Connect your account
Bloxx uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), which lets a compatible assistant call Bloxx tools. You need a client that supports remote MCP connections and any account permissions required by that client. Available connection options vary by client and workspace.
- Sign in to your Bloxx account.
- Open the connection or integration settings in your assistant. If it supports adding a custom remote MCP server, enter
https://mcp.bloxx.page/mcp. - Follow the sign-in link to Bloxx and review the requested access before allowing it. Complete sign-in on the Bloxx page, not in the conversation.
- Return to your assistant and ask, “Show the pages in my Bloxx account.” If you have no pages yet, start with an audit or prepare your first page.
If you cannot add a connection, your assistant or workspace may not enable that option. Contact Bloxx support with the client name and the step that failed.
Never paste passwords, API keys, access tokens, verification codes, payment-card details or government identifiers into a conversation or tool form.
Choose the access your task needs
Some tasks read information; others create or change it. Review the requested permissions and the account or project involved. Features available in your assistant depend on your Bloxx access and any connected provider permissions.
- Pages and sites: reading saved pages is different from publishing, replacing, unpublishing or deleting them.
- Reports and business information: reports require access to the relevant property; changes to Google settings or business listings need additional provider permission.
- Tables and feeds: reading rows or subscribed content is different from importing, updating, publishing or contributing information.
- Projects and people: inviting a teammate changes who can access a project.
When a client explicitly requests identity access using the openid and email scopes, Bloxx can return your account identifier, email address and the account’s stored email-verification status to that client. Those identity fields do not themselves grant permission to publish or change your connected services.
What you can do
Start with a specific website, page, table or business so your assistant can choose the right task.
- Inspect a website: “Audit my website and explain the first three improvements,” or “Compare the agent view with the normal page.”
- Manage pages: “Show my pages,” “Show the source for this page,” or “Help me prepare an opening-hours page.” Publishing, replacement and revision restoration are separate consequential actions to review carefully.
- Work with tables: list tables, read rows, add or update information, and connect supported sources. Importing an already connected table can synchronize it again and replace saved row values.
- Use feeds: discover available feeds, manage subscriptions and read items. A contribution or amendment may be applied immediately or held for review, depending on that feed’s policy.
- Read connected reports: explore available search, analytics and crawler reports for the property you select. An empty result may reflect limited source data.
- Manage business information: review saved profiles and supported Google Business information, including available listing, review and performance workflows.
- Contact a business: read its published information, check available appointment times, or prepare an enquiry or booking where that business supports the action.
Some clients display interactive cards for supported results. If a card does not render, use the text result and ask for clarification rather than treating an unseen action as completed.
Before making a change
Check the exact content, destination, account and affected resource before asking Bloxx to publish, replace or delete a page, change a listing, invite someone, send an enquiry or book an appointment. Where a workflow provides a preview or confirmation step, review it before continuing.
Publishing a page, table or interface makes its content available to others. No-index settings ask search engines not to index a page; they do not make it private. Only publish information you have the right to share.
An enquiry delivers information to a recipient and cannot be recalled by the sending tool. A booking may reserve a slot and send notifications. Check the recipient, time and time zone, and distinguish a successful delivery from the recipient’s acceptance or response.
If the request, permissions or destination changes, stop and review the new action. Do not assume that an earlier approval covers a different request.
Connect Google separately
Open Integrations in Bloxx to connect or manage Google. Complete Google sign-in and consent in the browser, then return to your assistant.
Search Console and Analytics reporting, property setup, site verification and Google Business Profile management use different permissions. Select the account and property you control, and review the consent screen for the features you need. Having one Google permission does not mean every Google workflow is ready.
Google data returned by a tool becomes available to the assistant you connected, under that provider’s terms. Read the Bloxx privacy policy and the assistant provider’s privacy information before connecting.
Manage connections and saved data
Manage connected providers in your Bloxx account. You can also revoke Bloxx’s Google access through your Google account permissions. Remove the assistant connection in that client’s settings when you no longer want to use it.
Disconnecting access is separate from deleting saved pages, account information or messages already delivered to someone else. To request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information, email hello@itsbloxx.com.

Troubleshooting
- Expired sign-in or denied access: reconnect through the sign-in flow and check that you selected the intended account and granted the permissions your task needs.
- A tool or property is unavailable: check your account access and connected provider permissions; do not assume an assistant can grant itself additional access.
- Several matching pages, businesses or tables: give the exact name or location and confirm the destination before a write.
- No report data: check the selected property and date range; a connected account does not guarantee that the provider has data for that period.
- Quota or provider limit: follow the returned explanation and avoid repeatedly retrying the same request.
- Timeout or uncertain write result: check the destination before sending again, since a provider may have accepted the action even if its reply did not arrive.
- Publishing or import failed partway: inspect the resulting pages or tables before repeating the operation so you can identify what already changed.
If you still need help, contact support with the task and the step that failed, without account secrets or unrelated customer data.
